This statement concerns the retention and usage of the personal information of all (the “applicant”, “applicants”, “you”) who are submitting an application to inzpire.me (“inzpire.me”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of the inzpire.me website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through https://inzpire.me (the "Site"), by inzpire.me AS, with company registration number 916 778 465, having its registered address at Storgata 32, 0184 Oslo, Norway.
The personal information you deliver with your application as well as all correspondence that happens through the integrated chat function can be accessed by those who have chosen to take part in our recruiting process. Those with access to our recruiting tool, Bamboo HR, will be current employees of our Administration team. Members of other teams within inzpire.me may also be granted access to applicant information depending on the role we are recruiting for.
If you want any personal information you deliver with your application to be changed or deleted, or if you want to restrict access to your data, contact us at office@inzpire.me.
Personal information will be kept for a period of 6 months, starting from the last time of contact between you and us. If you want to be contacted for another job opening, you may grant permissions allowing us to retain your personal information for a period of 24 months. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
